Bartender/Server

Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team.
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving a variety of beverages, and ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests.
Duties: - Greet customers and take their orders promptly and accurately - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company standards - Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses - Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and answering any questions they may have - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register - Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of alcohol and following sanitation guidelines - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders - Assist with banquet events as needed Requirements: - Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role - Excellent knowledge of bartending techniques, recipes, and mixology - Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere - Proficient in retail math for accurate cash handling - Sales-oriented mindset to upsell products and increase revenue - Familiarity with the food industry and ability to pair beverages with menu items - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating bills Join our team as a Bartender and enjoy flexible scheduling, competitive pay, opportunities for career growth, and a fun working environment.
