Sofa, Chaise, and Ottoman- Great Price - Needs to go next weekend - $150 (Belews Creek)

IKEA Sofa, Chaise, and Ottoman - Good condition.
We've had for 7 years but only used full time for 4 years.
Just in time for Holiday savings! Just bought a new sofa and chaise that will be delivered to us on Saturday December 9, so will be ready to pick up on or after that date.
Will include removable and washable green coverings, which are awesome BTW! The color of sofa and chaise are natural (see armrests).
The ottoman is burgundy without covering.
The fabric is all in good condition.
The back of the sofa on the right side was torn by our puppy a couple of years ago, but it is not visible with cushion back in place.
This will be great for a starter home, bonus room, man cave, woman cave, guest house, etc.
