You will bake and decorate a lot of cookies, clean up, interact with customers taking orders, and did we mention you will get to bake a lot of cookies! We will train you to bake, and we believe anybody who is eager and willing to learn the Crumbl way can be a successful part of our team.
As a Shift Lead, you will answer questions, handle cash drawers, make sure the kitchen is stocked, and perform other duties as needed.
To be a successful Shift lead, you should be efficient, friendly, focused on food quality and customer satisfaction, be decisive, attentive, and have a clear understanding of what is needed during daily operations.
