Landscaping Training Manager

As an individual contributor and integral part of our team you will bring previous experience in the landscaping industry to the field each day to ensure our people and customer sites are safe and successful.
Hours: Monday- Friday: 8 am - 5 pm but must be flexible outside of normal business hours Location: Triad or Charlotte - Regional Travel Required Responsibilities: • Manage field compliance with corporate safety initiatives • Work with the safety team to develop policies and programs • Advise and lead employees on various safety-related topics • Review existing policies and procedures • Conduct risk assessment audits • Conduct in-person group safety training • Help manage the safe driver program • Identify training process bottlenecks and offer timely solutions • Develop and implement frontline employee training on landscaping equipment • Develop and implement new manager/supervisor training • Investigate accidents and safety violations and determine root causes Requirements: • 4 Year Degree preferred but not required • 50%-80% Local Travel Required (10% Overnight) • Must have at least 2-3 years of landscape experience (equipment experience) Preferences: • Being bilingual in Spanish/English a huge plus • OSHA 30, ASP, CSP, MESH, or Other Safety Certification Benefits for Full-Time Employment: • Company Vehicle • PTO - Vacation, Sick Time, 9 Major Holidays, 2 floating Holidays and 1 Volunteer day to go serve your community!! • Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits • Life, Accident and Disability Insurance • 401(k) - We Match!!!!)Career Advancement • Professional Development Opportunities & resources available to all! • Employee Assistance Program • Program to learn English or Spanish • Competitive Pay Check us out!! • www.
