You will be responsible for:
* Train, and Motivate 20 - 30 Employees
* Manage Labor Costs
* Provide exceptional customer service
* Manage day-to-day Business affairs
* Perform Quality Control Checks
* Run the Business!
* 1-3 years job-related experience a plus
* Experience in service industries a plus

*Requirements:*
* Have a willingness to learn as *we fully train our employees*, no experience necessary;
* Good driving record;
* An ability to work independently, or in a team setting
* Ability to lift 50lbs or more;
* *Drive our company vehicles - Driver's *
* *License in good standing and must be at least 19 years old*
