Assistant Club Manager

LA Fitness, America's premier fitness and sports club chain is quickly growing throughout the United States and has an immediate opening for a qualified Assistant Club Manager.
(Supervisory or management experience preferred as a prerequisite for consideration).
Responsibilities of Assistant Club Managers include: * Provide excellent customer service to members and provide a timely resolution for any escalated issue.
* Meet and exceed revenue goals while still providing a high level of customer service.
* Provide a friendly, clean, well maintained state-of-the-art facility to enhance the member’s experience.

*Requirements for Assistant Club Manager include:* * At least a 2-year college degree * Retail, food, hospitality experience a plus * Customer service skills * Excellent, professional communication skills with both internal and external contacts * Skilled at balancing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment * Must be courteous and tactful * Exceptional telephone skills * Highly organized * Must be at least 18 years old * Base pay is $15 an hour * This position if full time with benefits.
Hours are Friday - Sunday 8 am - 5 pm and Monday - Tuesday 9am - 6pm Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.
