Human Resources Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Archer Advanced Rubber Components located in Winston-Salem, NC.
The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures; managing the recruitment and selection process; assisting with employee training and development programs; managing employee relations; maintaining and updating employee records; maintain and coordinate annual benefits enrollment and tie to payroll; and providing support to the leadership team.
*Qualifications* * Experience in human resources management, preferably in a manufacturing environment * Ability to work efficiently in MS Excel/Word for data compilation.
* Knowledge of employment laws and regulations * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Strong organizational and project management skills * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field * Experience with HRIS and payroll systems (ADP) is a plus * SHRM or PHR certification is a plus _*Education and Experience:*_ * Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
* A minimum of three years of human resource management experience required.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.
00 - $75,000.
