This individual will assist with planning and execution of life enrichment activities for residents of our Assisted Living, Memory Care and Skilled Nursing.

- Specialized dementia training/certification desired; we will facilitating training to be a Certified Dementia Practitioner within first three months of employment) if successful applicant does not already have Experience: - 1-2 years' experience with geriatrics preferred.
- 1-2 years' experience in a similar activities position required.
