YOU MUST BE A MED TECH AND CNA OR PCA!!! Assisted Resident Care Coordinator work with patients who require assistance with day-to-day living.
Generally, staff development coordinators are responsible for overseeing the smooth operations of the facility.
You will complete med tech cart audits 2 times a week, chart audits, monitor medication passes by certified med techs, make sure showers are given, completion of ADL's, etc.
They supervise current employees and the events that take place within the facility.
They also recruit and hire new employees, ensure all necessary paperwork is in place, and provide orientation sessions for the new hires.
Evaluations must be conducted for all employees and any complaints or concerns are looked into by the Assisted Resident Care Coordinator.
You will also be responsible for completing the clinical schedule and covering any open shifts while monitoring overtime.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.
00 - $18.
