We are looking for a rockstar Maintenance Supervisor for our 370 unit community in Winston-Salem, NC.
This supervisor is responsible for all aspects of apartment maintenance for an apartment community that is going through a strong rebranding and repositioning.
The maintenance supervisor works hand in hand with the office staff and the maintenance team to ensure the job gets done.
You will be joining a great team that is focused on making a difference in the community and with our residents.
The right candidate will possess the organizational and technical skills required to provide quality turns, handle timely resident service requests, and perform preventive maintenance on a schedule, as well as the customer service skills to communicate well with team members and customers, and the caring to make sure the property is clean and trash-free every day.
Previous experience overseeing a maintenance team highly preferred.
This is a boots-on-the-ground, working supervisor position Maintenance experience in residential community or similar is highly valued.
The ideal candidate will have: CFC & HVAC certification required.
CPO Highly Preferred Skills in plumbing and electrical Reliable transportation in the form of a truck or maintenance vehicle and a valid driver’s license is required.
