Lead Pre-K Teacher

Duties: - Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool children - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Teach basic academic skills such as letters, numbers, shapes, and colors - Incorporate hands-on learning experiences and play-based activities into daily routines - Foster social and emotional development through positive reinforcement and guidance - Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment - Maintain a clean and organized classroom space Requirements: - Previous experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred - Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to create engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles - Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children - CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) - High school diploma or equivalent (some positions may require an associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field) Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
