Quality Assurance Director
Insight Human Services, Inc.
is seeking a Quality Assurance Director to direct all its quality management activities.
Insight provides substance use disorder prevention, intervention, and treatment services in over 50 counties in North Carolina.
The QA Director is responsible for establishing, administering, and monitoring quality assurance, performance improvement, risk management, outcomes management, health and safety compliance, medical records consistency, trends measurement (NCTOPPS), statewide and site-specific procedure manuals.
The position is responsible to ensure accreditation/licensure and international standards (CARF) and corporate compliance in all operations throughout NC under Insight Human Services, Inc.
Minimum Qualifications: BA/BS, Masters (preferred) or equivalent experience in quality assurance and performance improvement/analysis required.
Experience in a healthcare environment is helpful.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in numerous professional settings such as prevention, intervention and treatment, strong people skills, teaching experience, familiarity with various quality assurance models.
Abilities highlight Outcome Measurement techniques to gage Outcomes Management planning.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $75,000.
