Assistant Kitchen Manager

Ryan's Restaurant is looking to hire a full-time Assistant Kitchen Manager.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: -all aspects of food preparation, service and storage -personnel training -menu development -sanitation Requirements: -3-5+ years fine dining restaurant experience -1 year kitchen management experience -culinary degree preferred Ryan's is a 47-year-old successful and independently owned fine dining establishment that is nationally recognized by OpenTable, Wine Spectator and DiRona.
Open Monday-Saturday for dinner service only.
The concept of Ryan's focuses on consistently high quality steaks, chops, and seafood along with exceptional customer service and a renowned warm and inviting atmosphere.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $50,000.
