Assistant FOH Manager

Responsibilities: - Oversee the front of house operations including bar.
- Assist the manager in daily operations and decision-making - Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction - Train and supervise staff members in their respective roles - Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth food production and timely delivery - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests - Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations - Manage cash handling procedures and reconcile daily sales Qualifications: - Previous experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of bartending operations.
