Assistant Manager, Restaurant, Cafeteria

_Restaurant -cafeteria style - Manager_ C&H Cafeteria of KERNERSVILLE, NC A premier “made from scratch” restaurant has an opening for an Assistant manager.
We are looking for management that gets things done by giving directions and NOT having to do the job.

Learning the skills necessary to cover or train employees.
NO LATE NIGHTS, (we close at 8:00- 8:30 depending on the season).
You must have work experience as a restaurant manager, or similar role; have strong leadership and motivational skills.
* Every 3rd Sunday off\* * Bilingual is a plus * Must be able to read and extend recipes, Basic math * Must have a working knowledge of restaurants * Coordinate daily FOH & BOH operations * Maximize customer satisfaction * Appraise staff performances and provide feedback to staff members and management * Ensure compliance with sanitation, safety and Servsafe standards * Control operational costs * Must be able to stand/walk for 3-5 hours without a break * Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs * Must have a high school diploma/GED * Must successfully pass a drug and background check * Prior Cafeteria management a big plus *If you have what it takes we want to hear from you!* Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.
