By reaching out to the young men and their families, we aim to provide a “gang” of Christian brothers with whom they can walk through life with.
We aim to teach young men how to use the tools they have been blessed with, in hopes to build and glorify the kingdom of God.
Our Core Values: Find the Father Maximize Effort & Expectations Nourish Mind, Body, & Soul Expose & Advance Reshape, Rebuild, & Redirect Relationship BUILD Responsible for building Quality Coaching Staffs of Head Coaches, Coordinators, and qualified position assistants.
4-5 Coaches per football team in total.
Team Ages: 8U, 10U, 12U and AllStar Teams for 10U, 12U, 14U High Quality, College Prep Football Development Program with year round elements including: QB Academy, Lineman Academy, Spring 7 on 7 Season, Football Combine, Football Mini Camp, Tackle Football Season.
Quality Football Teams, recruiting in areas of deficiency for the team.
High Level Program, Team, Coaches, and Individual Player Goals and paths for success.
Relationships with local football leagues, tournament coordinators, and football professionals who can support the program.
Relationships with local high schools through the High School Director and serve as a pipeline for development and additional support for the College Prep years.
PLAN In coordination with Director of Operations, Academic Advisors, and Football Head Coaches, all team scheduled mandatory activities which include: Practices Games Tournaments Film Study Strength Training Speed & Agility Academic Support Nutrition Planning, including meals Gameplans, Playbooks, and Daily Practice Agendas for a season of success.
Transportation for all team players and assure that vehicles are prepared, scheduled, and ready to drive working in conjunction with the Fleet & Facilities Manager.
Field Preparation and readiness for practice and play working in conjunction with the Fleet & Facilities Manager.
ATTEND Commit to being present at all scheduled football activities during the season.
Communicate and train coaches on how to communicate with their teams and all attendance expectations.
Ensure that attendance is taken daily at all scheduled team events including Bible Study, Academics, and weight training and submit properly.
RESPONSIBLE For the culture of the all coaches, teams, and activities related to the football development and that all aspects of the football program aligns with the Core Values of Power Cross.
Spiritual growth and cultivation of the football coaches.
Working with the Director of Discipleship to hold weekly Coaches Bible Studies and distribute the Discipleship Materials for each team.
Responsible for equipping Coaches and overseeing that all equipment is prepared and ready daily including: Practice Gear Game Gear Tackle Dummies and Practice Equipment Water Bottles Workout Gear Coaches Equipment Everything down to whistles and socks.
Establish Team and Player Goals prior to the season, hold postseason evaluations to track success.
Oversee rosters and address any changes that need to be made in a timely manner with the administrative team.
Oversee the distribution, collection, storage, upkeep, and replacement of all uniforms and equipment pre and post season.
Maintain accurate records of team and individual athletic statistics and accomplishments.
Hold Postseason Exit Meetings with each player.
Attend coaches’ meetings at the beginning of each season to review expectations, guidelines, and rules of play.

Salary Range: $55,000-$65,000.
