Director, Central Billing

*Key Responsibilities:* * Directs day-to-day operations for hospital and hospital physician practices to ensure goals are established and met for outstanding AR and collections.
* Directs the Credentialing/Contracting Coordinator to complete credentialing/re-credentialing for the network in a timely, accurate manner.
* Directs the Financial Coordinator in preparing month end reports, bad debt placements, and financial application review.
* Supervises all Central Billing staff for the physician network.
* Monitors key indicators for hospital and physician practices and reports to Administration, Revenue Cycle Committee, Denials Management Committee, and Compliance Committee.
* Prepares financial reimbursement reports/analysis for special projects as needed for Administration and Departmental Directors.
* Prepares policies and procedures for all Central Billing areas and ensures that staff is informed of changes to policies and procedures.
*Qualifications:* * 5 years of Patient Financial Services experience with leadership responsibilities required.
* Associate degree in related field.
* Confident in Microsoft Office Suite and ERM systems.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $95,000.
00 - $105,000.
