Assistant Maintenance Supervisor

Enclave at North Point is looking for a strong, go getter Assistant Maintenance Supervisor to join our great team! This is a great opportunity for an experienced technician looking to advance in their career and assume more responsibility over a large asset.

Lots of of opportunity to grow skills and knowledge and put those skills to use! Hours are 40 hours per week plus on-call as needed.
The right candidate will possess the technical skills required to provide quality turns, handle timely resident service requests, and perform preventive maintenance on a schedule, as well as the customer service skills to communicate well with team members and customers, and the caring to make sure the property is clean and trash-free every day.
Maintenance experience in residential community or similar is required.
CFC & HVAC certification is required.
Reliable transportation in the form of a truck or maintenance vehicle and valid driver’s license is required.
