*Required Skills and Experience:*
* At least one year of solid leadership experience _(Childcare Center Director experience preferred)_
* Ability to lead diverse and equitable teams
* Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with families and team members
* Outstanding customer service skills
* Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
* Budget and financial accountability (_revenue generation experience preferred_)
* Knowledge of State Licensing and Accreditation _(NAEYC/NAC preferred)_
* Meet state director's licensing requirements _(required)_
