We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a specialization in employee relations to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in fostering a positive and productive work environment, ensuring that our talented workforce remains engaged and motivated.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations:
- Develop and implement employee relations strategies to maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and effective manner.
- Conduct investigations into employee relations issues and recommend appropriate resolutions.
Policy Development and Compliance:
- Stay abreast of relevant labor laws and industry regulations to ensure compliance.
- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures to employees.
- Collaborate with legal counsel to mitigate potential risks and ensure legal compliance.
Performance Management:
- Partner with leadership to implement performance management programs.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on performance improvement plans.
- Conduct regular performance reviews to assess employee development and career progression.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs within the organization and coordinate relevant programs.
- Support the development of career paths and training opportunities for employees.
Employee Engagement:
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Organize team-building activities, events, and recognition programs.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on employee relations required.
Experience working in a life sciences or similar highly regulated manufacturing environment required.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations required.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills required.
Proven ability to build positive relationships at all organizational levels.
