The Warehouse Supervisor is dynamic, hands-on role that will be responsible for managing all aspects of shipping department functions including but not limited to managing, training and motivating personnel, as well as coordinating overall process improvement.

Responsibilities: Oversee all Shipping activities including management of personnel, processes, tools, and equipment.
Responsible for processing shipping 150-250 UPS and FedEx outbound packages daily & 10 -15 pallets LTL shipments.
Experienced with international shipping.
Manage a team of up to ten workers.
Coordinate with other departments to insure a seamless flow of materials and information to assure adequate service level to customers.
Initiate and facilitate process improvements, help maintain inventory, maintain warehouse, ensure warehouse is organized.
Analyze department workload and scheduling of personnel to insure efficient and on time service meeting cost and quality objectives.
Conduct regular meetings with department personnel to address goals and objectives.
Help establish and enforce company work rules and safety procedure to assure a clean and safe work environment is promoted and maintained.
Requirements: Minimum 5-year experience with Shipping including supervising personnel.
High School Diploma, some College preferred.
Familiar with ERP system.
Familiar with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel & Outlook.
Experience working with and preparing Bill of Ladings, and Commercial Invoices.
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Ability to communicate with personnel at all levels of the organization.
Ability to communicate with vendors.
Ability to track shipments and audit freight bills.
Experience with FedEx and UPS WorldShip.
Positive Attitude, Ethics, which support our company’s values and a healthy, high performance culture.
Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.
