JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our Lead Computer Technicians supports the department by building, debugging, repairing, grading and recycling computers/ computer accessories, ensuring that salvaged items are rapidly processed for maximum re-sale.
We seek team players who are committed to demonstrating excellence in their work and in their attendance and attitude.
Lead Computer Technicians will be responsible for the following duties:
Leading the repairing/ building computers for resale.
Diagnosing and resolving technical hardware and software issues before items are sold.
Monitoring LAN/WAN system performance and providing troubleshooting and maintenance as needed.
Assisting with training users on use of technology and supporting processes
Removing hardware drives from CPU’s.
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Experience with computer hardware/ software/ peripherals required.
PAY: 16.
