I bought this at an auction because its just cool.
Its a bright red OLD dresser made with REAL WOOD (NOT particleboard from China!), it even has dovetail jointed edges! This is REAL WOOD.
I had to repair the lower edges to make it more secure and sturdy (used L brackets and wood screws.
) so now its quite sturdy indeed!
It has a cool 1980s look and feel.
Reminiscent of Speed Racer and Japanese 280z cars! I collect 1980s Fast 111's (similar to Hot Wheels and Matchbox, but made by Kenner) and I have the second largest collection of them on the planet, and this screamed of the same 1980s look and feel.
That's why I think its so cool! If I had a young son Id buy this in a heartbeat! It also looks like Nascar.
It includes a matching Red Bed Headboard.
Headboard only; no footboard or frame.
Frames are all over this site for cheap.
If you don't already have one you wont have any issues finding one for next to nothing! The headboard measures 45.

It would also look great in a shabby-chic floral.
You could just as easily paint the headboard too.
