Porch swing or glider - $300 (Advance NC)

New, 5 ft , handmade solid red oak porch swing.
Only first quality kiln dried lumber is used and is a full 3/4" thick.
Then stained and coated with spar urethane.
Fastened with carriage bolts, pocket hole screws and mortise and tenon joints .
This swing will last many years with proper care , (however I don't recommend out in the weather unless it is painted,or coated with outdoor finishes) .
Chains are not included.
$300 cash only.
I make about 10 of these swings per year .
Can also make 6 foot for $325, 4 foot oak for $275, 3 foot for $250.
Or can quote and build custom length.
(After having 2 cheaply made swings that lasted an average of 3 years each, I decided to build my own.
My first swing has been on my front porch for 23 years and is still solid .
You won't have to look hard to find a cheaper swing but I don't think you will find a better one.
) Also taking orders for 5 foot solid oak porch gliders with same details as the swings.
